If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
To register for our webinar, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Webinar Registration & Access
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email with the webinar link, date, and time.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to attend the live session.
- Your registration is personal and non-transferable. Sharing the joining link with others is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to reschedule the webinar with reasonable notice. In such cases, your registration remains valid for the rescheduled date.
3. Payment Terms
- The webinar fee is ₹299/- (or as displayed at the time of registration).
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- In case of failed transactions where the amount has been debited, refunds will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before registering.
5. Intellectual Property
All content shared during the webinar — including but not limited to slides, recordings, frameworks, templates, scripts, and bonus resources — is the intellectual property of Livdecor.
- You may use the materials for your personal business use.
- You may NOT redistribute, resell, reproduce, or share the materials publicly.
- Recording, screen-capturing, or rebroadcasting the live session is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.
6. User Conduct
During the webinar and in all communications with our team, you agree to:
- Behave respectfully toward the host, support team, and fellow attendees
- Not spam the chat with promotional or off-topic content
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts the session
Violation may result in removal from the session without refund.
7. Disclaimers
The webinar is designed to provide education and frameworks for performance marketing. While we share methods that have worked for us and our clients:
- We do not guarantee any specific business results, lead volume, or revenue outcomes
- Results depend on your effort, market conditions, ad budgets, and many other factors
- Any examples or case studies shared are illustrative and not promises of similar outcomes
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livdecor and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our webinar or website — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the webinar.
9. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our webinar may reference or recommend third-party tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, ChatGPT). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or availability of these external services.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India.
